1. As stated above, DLC is supported by backwards compatability. However, you still need to have access to the actual DLC. Simply playing a 360 game through an Xbox One does not allow you to access the DLC. You need to have digital ownership of the DLC through the Xbox Store, or have the DLC included on the game disc.

Most of the posts I've found tell me to only install both the base game and dlcs from disc 2. When I insert disc 2 the disc icon pops up with "there is a problem getting your content right now" where it should say the title or install disc and it does not do anything at all. If I install the game from disc 1, it only plays the base game.

I bought the season pass too. If I go into the main game then press Y it prompts to purchase DLC. I realised my issue. If you view your purchased item (via the store I think it was) you can install the season pass explicitly. On steam, the DLC didn't release until like 40 minutes ago. The reason it takes so long to load is because it's searching your whole computer for the Fallout 3 directory. Notice how it doesn't ask you where to install.
